I truly feel that Aliquid Lacquer is one of the most unique indie brands out there right now- so I’m always excited to see what she’s been working on. I have her newest collection for fall to show you today!
The Aliquid Lacquer The Incarnate Collection consists of eight polishes total and is inspired by the maker’s favorite video game ever: The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. The collection will be available in her shop on September 12th and will be 15% off for the first three days (12th-14th). I used Out The Door top coat for the photos below. Let’s take a look!
Aliquid Lacquer Doom Drum is described as a crimson jelly with blue shimmer and a mix of silver glitter. Three coats. The formula was great, easy to apply with a nice glitter density. I adore jellies with glitter in them like this, so this shade was a favorite!
Aliquid Lacquer Sleepers Awake is described as a greyed-out rose mauve with iridescent green and purple flakies, gold microglitter and blue sparks. Three coats. The formula was easy to apply and a nice consistency.
Aliquid Lacquer Divine Disease is described as a dark swampy green jelly with gold, orange and green color-shifting flakies and red shimmer. Two coats. The formula was good, a little patchy on the first coat but it evened up with additional coats. I feel like this is *such* an Aliquid Lacquer shade- totally representative of the brand’s style!
Aliquid Lacquer Moon And Star is described as a dark violet scattered holo with blue shimmer and gold holo microglitter. Three coats. The formula was perfect, no complaints. This one was my favorite- so gorgeous!
Aliquid Lacquer Outlander is described as a taupe brown with white flakes, bronze sparks and blue shimmer. Two coats. The formula was great, easy to apply.
Aliquid Lacquer House Of Troubles is described as a blackened pine green jelly with red microglitter and gold shimmer. Three coats. The formula was a little thick but still pretty easy to work with. This one surprised me, it looked totally black in the bottle but a nice dark green on the nail!
Aliquid Lacquer Beneath Red Mountain is described as a dark mahogany with strong bronze shimmer and red microglitter. Two coats. The formula was creamy and went on really smoothly. I love how vampy this one is!
Aliquid Lacquer Mercy, Mastery, Mystery is described as a blue-grey crelly with red shimmer, ultrachrome flakies, and scattered holo microglitter. Two coats. The formula was great, no complaints. Such a unique color combo, I really like it!
Overall, I think this is my favorite collection from her so far. Everything is so complex and murky but in a really stunning, unique way. Again, this collection is available in her shop on September 12th if you want to pick any of these up for yourself!
What do you think about this collection? Have you tried anything from this brand before? Let me know in the comments!
