Frenzy Polish recently polled customers in her facebook group & IG, asking for their favorite TV shows! She then used that to create an awesome fandom-themed set of polishes that I have to share with you today.
The Frenzy Polish TV Frenzy Collection consists of 10 fandom-inspired shades and will be released in her shop on the 7th for general sale, it’s currently available for preorder (at a discounted price + free shipping) through the 5th at 9 PM EST. I used Out The Door top coat for the photos below. Let’s take a look!
Frenzy Polish Winchester is a steel grey holo with multi-colored holo glitters. Inspired by Supernatural. Two coats. The formula was good, a touch thick but still easy to apply. This is such a cool looking shade! I’m totally a sucker for holos with holo glitter in them!
Frenzy Polish Save The Cheerleader is a fuchsia/pink holo with pink shimmer. Inspired by Heroes. Two coats. The formula was good, not too thick or thin and easy to apply.
Frenzy Polish Suck It is a bright green holo with gold shimmer. Inspired by Psych. Three coats. The formula was great, it applied smoothly and had a great consistency.
Frenzy Polish Full-On Zombie is a textured pink base with multicolored glitters. Inspired by iZombie. Three coats. The formula was good, a little on the thick side but very manageable as long as you use thin coats and give it enough dry time between coats. The orange glitters didn’t seem to want to come off the brush much but honestly I preferred this more without many of them anyway- it’s such a gorgeous polish! I personally preferred it glossy vs matte but it’s pretty both ways.
Frenzy Polish 4 8 15 16 23 42 is a teal holo with blue and teal shimmer. Inspired by LOST. Two coats. The formula was good, a touch on the thicker side than I prefer but still easy to work with as long as you keep your coats thin.
Frenzy Polish Penny! Penny! Penny! is a copper/gold/green/red multichrome with sparse holo shimmer. Inspired by Big Bang Theory. Two coats. The formula was great, a perfect consistency and easy to apply. I’m not a fan of the Big Bag Theory (I’m firmly on the Silicon Valley side of geek humor) so I will just pretend this is a second LOST polish, LOL! This polish is so multifaceted and interesting!
Frenzy Polish All Magic Comes With A Price is a tan creme/jelly with gold, blue and iridescent glitters. Inspired by Once Upon A Time. Three coats. The formula was good, not too thick or thin. Holllllly crap this is amazing. The color combo is gorgeous & it the iridescent glitter gives it such a nice touch of sparkle.
Frenzy Polish If You Don’t Fight You Die is a matte green with purple shimmer and sparks. Inspired by The Walking Dead. Three coats. The formula was good, a little thick but as long as you use thin coats it goes on very easily.
Frenzy Polish If The Apocalypse Happens, Beep Me is a deep purple jelly with flakies and glitter. Inspired by Buffy. Two coats. The formula was smooth and easy to apply with a nice consistency. Soooo vampy and gorgeous.
Frenzy Polish Timelord is a matte blue base with blue and silver micro glitters. Inspired by Dr.Who. Three coats. The formula was great, not too thick or thin and easy to apply. Really gorgeous, deep color- I prefer this one glossy as well!
In addition to the polish, she’ll also be offering water slide decals by Green Goddess Creations that match the shows in the collection! I think that’s such a cool idea and I’ll definitely be hanging onto these for TV-themed manis in the future!
Overall, I think this is a really strong collection and I have to point out that I love the fact that Frenzy’s collections are so varied- no matter what kind of polish you like, you’ll find it here yet it still feels cohesive. That’s a hard thing to do so I’ve been really impressed with the brand. Again, these release in her shop for general sale on the 7th and are available for preorder now if you’d like to make any of them your own!
What do you think of this collection? Have you tried any of these polishes yet? Let me know in the comments!
