Summer is definitely on it’s way and Lynbdesigns is releasing a bright new awesomely-named The Vocab Collection collection that’s perfect for the season!
The Lynbdesigns The Vocab collection releases in her shop on May 1st and consists of ten polishes named after slang terms. Being neons, I tried my best to color-edit what I could but needless to say these are all brighter in person! I used Out The Door top coat for the photos below. Let’s take a look!
Lynbdesigns Yas is described as a neon green crelly. Three coats. The formula was great, not too thick or thin and went on easily. Like most neons, it was streaky at first but evened out with more coats.
Lynbdesigns Slay is described as a neon melon crelly. Three coats. The formula was great, similar to Yas. Love how bright this one is- definitely planning some watermelon nail art in the future using this!
Lynbdesigns Bae is described as a neon blurple cream. Three coats. The formula was creamy and smooth.
Lynbdesigns Thirsty is described as a neon yellow-orange crelly. Three coats. The formula was a good consistency and although it was streaky on the first coat, it evened out nicely with additional coats. I’m not usually a fan of orange but I actually kinda like this one! It’s definitely unique in my collection.
Lynbdesigns On Fleek is described as a glitter topper with neon pink, yellow, green, and purple glitters. One coat over Thirsty. The formula was good, I left the bottle upside down for a bit before putting it on and didn’t have to fish for any glitters, although I did have to dab them on to get the bigger glitters off the brush. Stubborn glitter!
Lynbdesigns So Basic is described as a linear holo topper with added galaxy holo glitters. One coat over Bae. The formula was great, not too thick or thin and nicely glitter dense. This is SO sparkly! I think this was my favorite of the collection for sure.
Lynbdesigns Shade is described as a neon purple crème with added holo shimmer. Two coats. The formula was wonderfully smooth and easy to apply.
Lynbdesigns Feels is described as a neon blue crème with added holo shimmer. Two coats. The formula was the same as Shade.
Lynbdesigns Adorbs is described as a neon magenta crème with added holo shimmer. Two coats. Again, similar formula to the last two. I love how bright and juicy this one looks!
Lynbdesigns YOLO is described as a neon yellow crelly. Four coats. The formula had a great consistency but (as usual with yellows) was quite streaky. Not moreso than other yellow neons I have, though.
Overall, this collection is definitely bright and has me ready for summer. I was especially happy to see a variety of finishes in this collection. Again, this collection releases May 1st in her shop if you want to grab some for yourself!
What do you think of this collection? Which shade is your favorite? Let me know in the comments!
