I’ve shown you mani bombs by Forever Polished a couple of times here before, and today I have some newly releasing bombs to show you guys! I’ve mentioned before that I enjoy buying bath & body products that look good enough to eat and funnily enough, when I had just opened the package containing all of these, my boyfriend came over to my desk and asked, “What’s that? Is that food? It looks like food!”, haha!
If you haven’t checked out the last posts, you may be wondering what a mani bomb is. Similar to a bath bomb, they contain various ingredients like salts, oils and butters and come in a variety of scents and shapes. You fill a bowl with warm water, drop a bomb in and let it fizz! After soaking your hands for about 10-15 minutes, you towel dry and enjoy nicely moisturized hands! Let’s take a look at the newest mani bombs (+ a current hit) hitting the shop:
Mani Bomb – Strawberry Coconut
This has a really nice, strong scent and the heart shape is so cute! The strawberry scent is stronger than the coconut but the coconut adds a hint of something extra, it’s really nice.
Mani Bomb – Apple Mango Tango
This mani bomb smells like a fruity, tropical drink! Definitely an energizing scent, I think this would be great to use to get pumped up before a swatch session!
Mani Bomb – Rose Garden
I think this one is easily my favorite both in looks and smell. It’s SO pretty and feminine and the rose scent smells really nice. I also love any kind of bath or mani bomb that has flower petals in it, so nice to have them in the water! Check out a video of it fizzing here.

Mani Bomb – Sandalwood
I’m not a huge sandalwood scent fan personally but the scent on this one is subtle enough and great for men who may not be into the more flowery scents (my man likes any scent though!). We used this together for a foot soak before a pedicure last week and it was really nice.
This was labeled a mani bomb but it’s actually a mani crumble- works the same way as a mani bomb it’s just not pressed into a shape. Easier to not use the whole thing at once if you are one who prefers cutting your bombs in half.
Along with the traditional bombs, she’s also releasing a new type of product, Mani Candy! This is similar to the mani bombs but it’s molded in the shape of a candy bar! You just break off chunks of the bar to use as you’d like (they work the same way as the mani bombs), so you get multiple uses out of it. You can also use the entire thing in the bath like a bath bomb (check out a video of it being used in that way here)! I think this is such a cute idea and I LOVE how it looks!
I’m assuming there will be these in various scents at some point, the one I was sent is Lemony Lavender and it smells so wonderful! The lemon scent is the strongest but the lavender isn’t shy, either! They smell really great together.
She also sent me one of her cuticle balms to try out in the NARS scent and…I’m pretty sure I never want to buy another balm that isn’t in this scent, holy crap. I tried out one of her NARS mani bombs in the last post and I was smelling my hands ALL. DAY. So, I’m really glad to be able to rub that scent alllllll over my hands as often as I want!
As far as the balm itself, it’s really nice! It comes in a chapstick-type applicator and is thick enough to hold it’s shape but soft enough to come right off onto your skin when you press it. It melts with your body heat very easily and is nicely moisturizing. AND THE SMELL. Amazing. Seriously, I wish we had smell-o-vision technology already because it’s incredible.
Overall, I really enjoyed all of these products. I think that these make great gifts for family or friends or even just yourself if you need a bit of pampering.
Forever Polished restocks as often as she can, so make sure to keep an eye on her facebook or instagram pages to catch her restock times! The next one will be TOMORROW, February 1st! I know that she’s always working as hard as possible to get as much stock ready as she can but they sell out very quickly so I’d recommend setting yourself a reminder if you want some!
What do you think of these new mani bombs? Have you tried one out yet? Let me know in the comments!
