Recently I showed you the Cirque Ultimate Glitter Gift Set & I’m back today to show you a couple other fun gift sets & some extras that would make great stocking stuffers!
The first gift set I’ve got for you today is the Back To Basics set. This starter kit comes packaged in a nice vinyl pouch and consists of 4 items. I think this is a really awesome set for someone just starting out in the polish world or a current addict, these are staples that anyone can use!
Cirque Colors Holdfast Base Coat – A garlic-infused base coat that strengthens and anchors.
Cirque Colors Liquid Laminate Top Coat – A quick-dry top coat that seals, protects and adds a glossy shine. I’ve been using this for a little over a week now and I really like it! Consistency-wise it reminds me of Out The Door (my go-to top coat for most polishes), a little thinner than Seche Vite but no shrinkage and great wear time!
Cirque Colors Memento Mori – A black creme (shown here is ONE coat, formula was incredible, the best black I’ve ever used, hands down. Will definitely be purchasing another bottle when this gets low.)
Cirque Colors Carpe Diem – A white creme (shown here is two coats, formula was good for a white, a little streaky but looked fine in person)
The second gift set that I have to share with you today is the Ultimate Luxe gift set- this one really caught my eye when I was opening the package! It comes packaged in a clear gift box with a black bow and consists of two really gorgeous colors-
Cirque Colors Au is a gorgeous gold leaf flake top coat made with real 23K gold leaf flake. I used one coat over Zoya Pepper along with Cirque Colors Liquid Laminate top coat. The formula was good, I used the dabbing method to spread the flakes around and that worked well. This is my first gold leaf top coat and it’s so pretty! I can definitely see myself using this often.
Cirque Colors Mirror Mirror is described as a highly reflective lacquer made with pure silver-coated flakes creating a mosaic mirror finish. I used two coats along with Cirque Colors Liquid Laminate top coat. The formula was great, easy to apply and very flake-dense.
In addition to the polish, I also received another couple of neat items to review! The first is their Crystal Nail File. I’d been using a cheapie glass file from Sally’s so I was really excited to try this out.
Our crystal nail file has 2 abrasive sides that gently file your tips. Made from Czech tempered glass, it is durable and can be easily washed or sterilized. Packaged in a clear vinyl sleeve.
I found that the file worked as described, it took down my length easily and feels very sturdy. I think this would make a great stocking stuffer!
The second item I received to review is their Tea Tree Cuticle Oil. You guys know I’m a huge cuticle oil/balm junkie so I was just as excited to check this out, too!
A quick-absorbing cuticle oil made to hydrate and condition skin and nails. It penetrates deeply to deliver rich nutrients such as vitamins A, B1, B2, D and E, beta carotene and essential fatty acids. Made with argan oil which softens cuticles and fortified with tea tree oil which contains anti-fungal properties to help protect nails.
I love that this comes in a pen-type applicator with a cap- makes it really easy to toss into your purse. The oil feels nice and moisturizing and comes up into the brush easily. I will definitely be using this more and I think this would also make a great stocking stuffer!
Overall, I think these sets are really well-designed to make easy gifts and stocking stuffers and the quality is top notch. I definitely recommend this brand! You can purchase these gift sets along with other products by Cirque Colors at their shop or their stockists.
What do you think? Planning to pick up any of the sets? Which of these colors is your favorite? Talk to me in the comments!
