As awesome as Zoya’s summer collections (Tickled & Bubbly / Magical Pixies) and the transitional Naturel Deux were, you guys know that I’m much more of a fall/winter colors kind of person and still a bit of a sun-hating goth at heart. So, I’m super excited for cooler weather and fall and winter collections to start coming out- and of course, Zoya never disappoints. I could not have been any more excited when the original press release for Entice & Ignite came out as everything was right up my alley.
Today, we’re going to take a look at Ignite, which consists of Autumn, India, Teigen, Sansa (!!!), Remy and Yuna. To save a little bit of time, the formula on these was all pretty similar- perfect consistency (not too thick or too thin) and applied easily. I used Out The Door top coat for all of the photos below and I used two coats of each polish. Let’s take a look!
Zoya Autumn is described as a varnished copper liquid metal. This one was probably my least favorite color-wise but would be more flattering on other skin tones.
Zoya India is described as a deep red gold liquid metal.
Zoya Teigen is described as a violet plum with copper liquid metal. Stained my cuticles just a bit so be careful during removal (did not stain my nails, though)!
Zoya Sansa is a described as a deepest eggplant with gold liquid metal. This color is SO wonderful for fall and so perfect for my tastes. I also had to try this one & Remy with a matte top coat and was not disappointed by the results!
Zoya Remy is described as an indigo with copper & gold liquid metal. You guys probably aren’t surprised to hear me say this was my clear favorite, it is so pigmented (could be a careful one coater) and wonderful. I have heard that some people have experienced staining with this color but I personally did not.
Zoya Yuna is described as a grey with copper & gold liquid metal. The name reminds me of the Final Fantasy X character, and although I don’t think she’d really wear this shade, I love it!
And a comparison- Remy vs. Charla- Charla is a bit lighter than Remy.
(And p.s.- as happy as I am to see Sansa, I think when we all saw the sneak peek of it awhile ago, we were hoping for a whole Game Of Thrones-themed collection! Maybe one day.)
Overall, a really fantastic collection of interesting shades, perfect for fall! What do you think? Which of these is your favorite? My personal picks are Remy, Sansa & Yuna. Are you planning to pick any up? Let me know in the comments!
