A little while ago I showed you three glow in the dark polishes from Serum No. 5, and today I’m back to show you some more of the polishes I received! I’ll have one more swatch post after this for you guys & then I’ll also be sharing some of the nail art stuff she sent me! Today I’ll be sharing swatches with you of Call It A ‘Treuse, Mint To Be, Just Add Water, Barely There, Blushed And Flushed and Second Spring.
To save time, the formula on all of these was absolutely incredible- not too thick or thin and applied very smoothly. They were so easy to control that practically no cleanup needed. Most went on a bit sheer on the first coat but built up easily. I used Out The Door top coat for the below photos. Let’s take a look!
Serum No. 5 Call It A ‘Treuse is described as a chartreuse polish with micro green and chartreuse glitter and multi sized fuchsia glitters. Three coats, although I probably could have used a fourth under these harsh lights but three was fine in person. This one wasn’t my favorite color-wise but I had no trouble with it.
Serum No. 5 Mint To Be is described as a light shimmering green base with silver hex glitters. Three coats.
Serum No. 5 Just Add Water is described a an enchanting ocean jelly mix- so, you guys probably know already this one was automatically my favorite. Three coats.
Serum No. 5 Barely There is described as a subtle nude polish with micro silver glitter, silver prisms and silver hex glitter. Four coats here, but you could probably get away with three in regular lighting. This is such a pretty, delicate nude!
Serum No. 5 Blushed And Flushed is described as a delicate pink glitter crelly. Three coats.
Serum No. 5 Second Spring is described as a mix of bright vibrant colors in an ivory base. This kind of polish is not usually my favorite (white crellies with glitter) but I LOVE this one! Three coats.
Overall, between the glow in the dark shades and these, I’m super impressed. I definitely recommend this brand & can’t wait to see what they’ve got cooking up in the future! What do you think? Which of these shades is your favorite? Do you own any polishes from this brand? Let me know in the comments!
