Moon Jelly & Angel Wings purchased by me. Gargle Blaster was provided for review.
So last friday I showed you the first three awesome polishes I received from Painted Sabotage, now it’s time to get into the next three! These are so beautiful, let’s jump right in!
First up is Gargle Blaster! Painted Sabotage describes it as:
The Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster was invented by Zaphod Beeblebrox, a major character in Douglas Adams’ novel The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. The effect of a Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster is like having your brains smashed out by a slice of lemon, wrapped ’round a large gold brick. It has also been described in the novel as the alcoholic equivalent to a mugging; expensive and bad for the head.
Gargle Blaster a polish that screams wear me!! A mint green shade with a slight shimmer, accented with fuchsia, silver and gunmetal glitters!
This is very sheer with one coat, so that you can layer over other polishes, but does build up nicely with additional coats of polish.
I used two coats for the below photos with a coat of Seche Vite on top! The formula was great, no fishing for glitters and it spread easily. And as a big fan of The Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy, I adore the name of this one!
Next up is Angel Wings! Painted Sabotage describes it as:
My daughter wanted me to create a polish that had an ethereal feel to it that looked like… well Angel Wings, and that’s how Angel Wings came into creation. She is the genius behind Angel Wings, she was involved in every step to the shade of the lavender to every glitter selected!! Which you will see contains holo micro glitters and different colors and sizes of color shifting iridescent glitters!!!
I used three coats for the below photos with a coat of Seche Vite on top! Two would probably be fine for opacity in person but not under the bright lightbox lights. This polish is amazingly beautiful! I definitely see myself using it as a base under some unicorn stamping soon!
Last but not least is Moon Jelly! Painted Sabotage describes this as:
MoonJelly has come along way from its inception. Through extensive testing and reformulating MoonJelly has taken many twists and turns with a few bumps along the way to reach its beautiful completion.
It doesn’t scream wear me, instead it taps you on the shoulder and says “you know you want to wear me” with a sly wink! 😉
With its blueish green base, green and gold glitters adding in a touch of teal glitter completes MoonJelly.
I used two coats for the below photos with a coat of Seche Vite on top! The formula was great, just like the others. I had been lemming this for sooo long and it was everything I wanted it to be. Just look at these pictures. So good.
All just amazing, wonderful formulas and really unique. I highly recommend her brand!! And if you missed it in the last entry, she’s also running an amazing giveaway on her facebook page here! The winner gets 5 polishes from her shop of their choice, which is really generous. Be sure to enter, it ends in a couple days!
