Today I am sharing with you Emily De Molly Oceanic Forces. This is the teal/blue sister to Cosmic Forces. I did have the edit the photos for color because my camera was only picking up a blue whereas this is more of a teal.
Application was very easy for the most part. The jelly formula glides on my nails easily and has a great amount of the smaller glitters. However, as with Cosmic Forces, the large circle glitters are a bit tricky. I fished for them and picked them out with a dotting tool. I found that I had an easier time finding them in this vs. Cosmic Forces, but I did put this bottle upside down for awhile before I polished which might have been what helped. I was actually kind of annoyed when I swatched it on a stick, 7 of them came out on the one nail without fishing! What a waste just for the swatch stick, right? I used the Rock Hard Base coat, 2 coats of Oceanic Forces & 1 coat of Seche Vite on top.
I also had an accident today while using my Blue Cross Cuticle Remover and pushing back my cuticles with a metal cuticle stick- I ended up slipping and cutting a nice-sized gash on one of my fingers. D’oh! It didn’t bleed much but it is stinging!
