Today I have a beautiful polish to share with you all! This is Zoya Faye. I picked this up awhile ago when Ulta was having a buy 2 get 1 free sale. The name caught my eye because I am a big fan of Cowboy Bebop, haha. It’s been sitting in the bathroom (I don’t store polish there long-term, this is just while I’m at my boyfriend’s place) for a couple of weeks and just wasn’t catching my eye in that lighting. I finally decided to try it today, and WOW! The color is gorgeous, pictures really do not do it justice. Indoors it is a very shimmery gold shifting to a light purple/mauve, and in direct light much more of the purple comes out. The shimmer is insane! I tried to take a lot of pictures to show just how many colors this polish can look like depending on the lighting/angle.
The formula was really great also, applied like a dream. This is two coats with Out the Door on top. First time trying this top coat and I am also trying out a new base coat- the Rock Hard base coat. My last Zoya chipped within 1 day, which was really disappointing, but then the other few I wore next also chipped/peeled much quicker than usual so I figured I need to give something other than the Nailtek/Seche Vite combo a try.

I’m also really excited and can’t wait for my boyfriend to get back from the phillipines next week. He bought me some nail polishes at Etude house (he’s a keeper, isn’t he?) and one of them is one of these cute ones in the ice cream shaped bottle!
He bought the lilac one on the right. There are some more he purchased but they are in the regular bottles, which are also really cute!
